Events and registration
Event dates, locations, activities, eligibility, and availability may change because of weather, mountain operations, safety, or other circumstances. Registration links and event participation may be subject to separate mountain rules, waivers, age requirements, and capacity limits. Follow all instructions from Vertical Challenge staff and the host mountain.
Partners, sponsors, and crew
Information submitted through partnership inquiries or crew applications does not create an agency, employment, sponsorship, or other formal relationship. Any engagement, placement, employment, or sponsorship will require a separate written agreement. We may review submissions and choose whether or how to respond.
Content and intellectual property
The Vertical Challenge name, site design, copy, graphics, photographs, and other materials belong to Vertical Challenge or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit them without permission. If you send an idea or other material, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to evaluate it for the purpose of responding.
